Families for a Livable Climate and Stories for Action are seeking submissions from Montanans of original essays, narratives, poems, photo essays, photography, and artwork for our Montana Climate Stories project.
Have you, your loved ones, your community, traditions, or your favorite Montana places, plants, or animals been impacted by rising temperatures, persistent drought, wildfires, or floods? Share your thoughts and experiences in an original climate story told in a written, recorded, or visual format. In your story, address one or more of the following questions:
How is climate change impacting you?
What solutions inspire you?
How do you hope to help reweave our world?
Selected stories will be shared on the Montana Climate Stories website and may be included in a traveling exhibit of stories in 2023. Submissions Deadline: November 15, 2022.
